Mediben called my mother and talked her into purchasing this discount program for her medical expenses. She has no idea what this is and does not remember talking to them. They ask them for checking info and my mom does not realize she gave out her routing numbers. Last year they told her the info was for medicare and i am sure that is what happened this year. Time will tell if we can resolve this. This is the second time she has been called from this company. Last year we were able to stop payment on the check. This year it was first noticed when her statement came.
We should not have to cancel her checking account because these companies take advantage of old people.
