My husbands aunt who I am helping was lured into giving bank info to purchase a medical discount card. Too late for her husband to stop her. Went through SNL Billing. Called to refuse. Was told they got card back, we never saw it to refuse it. Called several times to ask status of refund, was told it should have been refunded by April 10th, then again the 27th. No show as yet. Hard to reach anybody at number. Put on hold. Do not think they will see their money.
