Originally ordered a trial for $4.95 on December 10, I know I made sure there was no extra fees no small print on the page before agreeing to the trial of $4.95. On my February credit card statement I had a $99.95 fee from this company, I immediately contacted the card and they reversed charges. Unfortunately in March my credit card contacted me that this company had indeed sent them a 13 page report stating that I did order this and that It was charged back to my account, At that time I got the company information and contacted them so to send back the unused full bottle to them, they gave me a RA # and I mailed them the full bottle back on 04/04 waited to 4/18 called them back at 1-888-664-5351 and spoke with Ann who informed me that the tracking number i provided did show that it was received and that they would process my return. Well no refund has been issued have spoken to them 2 more times including a Justin who told me no refund and hung up on me on 4/26, Called back and got someone named Ritch who again said they are refunding me but still no refund to my card.
