The company is adverting electronic goods online. As soon as you deposit the money for your purchase, they provide you with tracing number. When you track the parcel, you realise it is enroute from UK. When it gets to the local destination and ready for delivery, then currier company by the name of Ultimate Parcel Services (UPS), which works with the company mentioned above, or possible the same people, informs you that your parcel is been held at customs, advising you to pay import duties and claim it from the suppliers. Then you contact the suppliers who take full responsibility of this. Once you have made the payments into the "Customs" account at Capitec Bank, then UPS once again send you an e-mail indicating that your parcel was actually sent with more than what you have actually ordered and in that case, they again advice you to pay the import certificate fee of R6.550.00 to release the parcel. If you refuse, you then get an e-mail from this iTech Lot Limited assuring you that they recognise their mistake and will definately refund your money back. Then if you still refuse and demand your money back, then they disappear into thin air... The name of the sales person reflected on the website is Karima 2778 087 7654 (not sure if it is her real name) and the name of the UPS representative is Kelvin (2783 502 1835. It became very clear to me that these people are working under one organisation because (1) their command of the English language, both in writing and speaking is way pathetic; (2) they communicate to each other regularly, this is evident when you engage any one of them, you can easily pick up that he/she has been talking to the other.
