I ordered flowers for my sister with guaranteed delivery for $58.00. Received an email receipt for the $58. Flowers were not delivered on her birthday. I called the very next morning already upset that they ruined a birthday surprise and 4 times I was told someone would call me back and to this day (almost a week later) no one had called me. This morning however, I log on to my bank and guess what? They charged me $70.14 without my approval!!! They are a scam, it should be illegal to withdrawal from bank accounts any dollar amont never agreed on, they robbed from me.
