I was charged on 3/4 for a supposed reaccuring fee for Micro Tend Titanium Security (Automatic) update. I purchased micro trend 2010 and renewed once in 2011. For the last two years I have changed to AVG and have not purchased an update for Trend Micro! I would also like to add that I NEVER have anything automatic update, take money out of my account for ANYTHING, not regular bills or ANTI VIRUS. I just do not agree to that no matter what it is. If it is required I simply do not get product or service. I filed a complaint with my bank and they reinstated my money pending investigation on 3/7. I just learned that they denied saying that they have proof that I did. But from the paperwork they sent me I do not see anything that shows that I actually purchased for the last two years. Yet I guess they charged me 62.95 on 3/5. I did not catch this or I would have sent a complaint then as well. So they have Robbed me of a total 134.50. I DO NOT have and DID NOT have for the last two years any service from Trend Micro and can assure you and them that I WILL NEVER AGAIN!!! This is a form of robbery as far as I am concerned! I have not downloaded or upgraded any thing from them.
