I called this company under the assumption it was Apple. The representative stated they were with Apple. I was told that if I ordered a specific item, it would only cost me shipping and handling because of a rebate, which would only take 30 days. After authorizing $104.95 in payment, I was told I would get e-mail confirmation, which I did not receive. After several calls I received an e-mail stating it would take 90 days for the rebate and that my membership account had to be active for that time. I din't even know that I had a membership and didn't authorize this. I tried to cancel several times and finally got someone on the phone in billing after several after multiple switch offs to different people to state that they would cancel everything. I recorded the call and let them know this at the beginning of the call. Two days later they posted the charge on my account. I then contacted my card company to dispute this, which they are doing.
