Letter received stating that I am a confirmed winner of 2;997;500.00 on April 16;2013 that this guaranteed payment has been registered pending timely receipt of the claim filing pursuant to the deadline and posted disclosure within.
Have to confirm identity and return the confirmation with a release fee of $25.00 to release the funds.

It is a horrible crime these people are doing sending a sure winner letter, Making it look official and scamming people. The worst thing is they will get away with it. More people should look before sending but many don't.
