I received a letter to pay for a claim of $2,997, 500.00 to send in $20.00. They should be made to pay this amount to individuals. They said congratulations Ms Gladys Ridgeway, On February 6th, that I was confirmed by a data audit for receipt of a check issued in my name, and this Guearanteed payment has been registered, pending timely receipt of your claim filing pursuant to the deadline and posted disclosures herein. This is the only notice that I would receive and failure to file on or before the deadline will void any and all payments due fro this official notification, and that I am instructed to complete, sign and mail the enclosed folio release document for receipt of payment in our payments office on or before the close business on February 20th. The payment for the cash award that I have already won wil be sent to me within 30 days by bank check for depositing or cashing at my option and the funds may be used at my discretion.
