Triple play package billed far above the quoted $133 a month

I ordered the triple play package eight months ago for 133 dollars a month. I have never been billed that its always a lot more. I have had to call every month, then I told them to cancel and go back to separate bills. They are still charging me when I'm getting bills from direct tv, I was paying my bills all the time yet my bills are going up. I am disabled and I can't do this, when I call them they get nasty, I really want to sew them and go to the newspaper, but I'm giving you a chance to straighten this out
