Feb. 19/13 a sales person come an offer me a new system of air condition, furnace and hot water, he explain with their company, was cheaper, we did de transaction and they came to make te installation, during the installation this guys said the filter wasn't cover for the company, we had to paid, i explain the sales person said was cover, i call the company, and finally they install without cost, they didn. T change some of the old equipment how they supposed do it, like the thermostat.

Sale person was weild y he said, we had two moths free, but the company home truss loan start taking the money from my personal bank account on march 27 the amount of $69.95, $69.65, and $17.95, an again on april 05 they did again for the same amoun, couples days later they charge me again, $9.95, $9.95. And $2.95 y don't know we, at the same time the old company where a was before, they still charge $ 360.99, when i call them and explained the situation they said to me send me a copy of your bill, and we will paid back, all this charges, i send mine copies, and never received the charges, and now reliance, send another bill that i owed $ 524.61, all this time i been in contact withe the people form the company and they just said, to call a different number and somebody else is going to solve my problem, i been talk with de sales, person (weild,) his manager mohame, lindsey and maria, from the office, but no body did nothing,
they first said que need de removel number from reliance, al call and give them, after they said, we ned the serial number, i did call back to reliance, and call them, y nothing, happens,

Can you please, help me o give any advice, so i can resolve this matter, for me is now a lot of money, plus, the other company will still make some charges and the new one, two, is too much.
