I spent alot of money playing games in the past then on one day i spent 30.00 dollars and won 1,000 dollars and decided to withdraw my winnings. They refuse to give me my money unless i send copies of all of my credit cards front and back, copy of drivers liscence, a utility bill with my name and adress on it and my bank information to verify who I was. I refused to do so. Then another customer service rep said i Only needed my ID and utility bill. I sent it and they continue to deny my withdraw and keep placing my 1000.00 dollars back on the acct.
