Very deceiving. After agreeing to pay £49.50 'within' 45 days and entering my card details, Loanpal took the money next day which made me accumulate bank charges.

I was under the impression that you pay once obtaining a loan. Something that I didn't do. All they offer is payday loans for the amount I didn't request.

After realising very quickly that its a scam, I tried calling but it's just a set up number with no one there to answer.

I also sent emails saying I didn't want the service and wanted a refund. I received one reply explaining I had no chance as I agreed to the terms and conditions.
