My mum got some creams and it was on a free trile base but after 2 weeks thay took £97.00 then thay took £84.00 so how can it be free. When she phoned up thay said that they had sent more and were takeing another £97.00. This is a shocking and should be stoped as people are beeing ripped off. Please can someone give me some advice and help me to help my mum.
