I have phone service & internet through Century link. My internet & phone stoped working on April 2nd they sent a tech. Out but he never fixed it. The problem continued still today after 3 missed appointments by Century link. The techs. They do send never fix the problem. I have missed 3 Dr. Appointments & am paying for netflix & online xbox for my son. We have had to rent movies & iowe for missed Dr. App. They keep telling me they are going to charge me $85 for coming to fix their problem! Im a single disabled father & need my phone & internet. One time the tech. Never showed up they told me he did then changed their story. Please help us.
