On the date of 18 August I did a electronic wire transfers of usd 2496 for sedan Mark II and I was never told or I did not fill out any agreement form about target basis. I only filled out agreement stating that upon payment of the quote my vehicle will be shipped in 6 weeks time. Up until now I have been given so many excuses that my file has been to transfered to some agent in my location, and he (Gabriel) will say to check back in 2 weeks time and when I follow up via email he does not reply to my emails or phone calls, and when I do send him emails about not happy of getting good responds from him, he tells me not send those time of emails or call his office. I don't get any more replies from emails i send about status of my car

Target issues were never mentioned in his terms and conditions of purchase, or i never signed any form of documents agreeing to target basis.

I am so frustrated with this delay, I am unemployed and whatever money i make or save up for living I decided to purchase a vehicle which never eventuated.

I am so worried is it a scam??
