Went to a dinner presentation of the magnetic bed pads in Watsontown, PA at the Watsontown Innn. We ordered 2 pads for a total cost of over 1,500 dollars. Payed with credit card. Charged FULL amount in 30 days without recieving anything. Call to company (800-714-4218) told us that it was their "policy" to bill the full amount before the "product" was made in the factory. Told that pads would arrive within 4 weeks. It has now been over 10 weeks without any delivery! Repeated calls and voicemail messages to the company and salesman (Bob Zockoll, 484-201-6420) say that the number is "not available". We want our money back from these jerks but can't even find out how to contact them anymore! Please HELP!
