A $5 dollar purchase ended up becoming a $79.80 charge to my account. I called to cancel this "subscription fee" within the allotted time frame, requesting an immediate refund. However, when on the phone with customer service, they continued to extend the estimated processing time of the refund and give me the 'run around'. Their response was that they could do nothing except wait for the refund to be posted, yet they're the ones who deducted it immediately from my account in the first place? I highly suggest everyone contacting their banks and submitting a dispute charge for your money back. They will eagerly work with you to get your problem taken care of. Just be sure to follow all of their instructions. Print and sign their forms within the time specified, etc.
