This is a classic artist scam. The person says he wants to buy a piece of my art he saw on my website, but is "out of the country" and will send me a certified check with more money than the cost of the painting. He expects me to wire the difference in cost/overpayment to his "shipper", Patricia Perez, at the above address. I did not lose any money because I will not attempt to cash the check they will send and I will not wire money to anyone.
