Misrepresentation of being a microsoft rep to clean my computer. I called them back to get a refund and they wanted to reimburse half this is the phone number they gave me 1 855 236 9555 very hard to get ahole of them. I found another number 864 855 9280 spoke with a mister Jerry Cooper and I think that he can help It seems that someone in the company is messing around and that he is looking into it he did not know about it. He guaranty me a refund. Hope that it help anyone out there. Pierre.
