In Dec I renewed by son's drivers license online for him as he was out of town. I was charged $9.97 for the "conveince" of being able to do this online. I thought it was just a one time charge but they are charging me this fee every month on my card. Trying to talk to them on the phone is a joke as they barely speak English. I want this money back or will be filing fraud charges against them.
