Suppose to get a free bottle for shipping/handling costs of $4.95. Rec'd product and approx. 10 days later my credit card was billed $87.63. Called them on 4/22 and was told I was billed for the entire amount of product because promotion had expired when I ordered. I was never told promotion had expired and I asked them what they were going to do about this ripoff. Put on hold and they came back with agreement to refund entire amount of $87.63 to my credit card within 5-7 days and send me an e-mail to confirm. Remains to be seen but I am going to contact my credit card company and dispute charge!
