I hired this company to send stuff from london to pakistan. First of all i must explain that they do not deliver the goods in the time frame mentione on their website. Upon the late arrival of my stuff i saw my suitcase broken and things worther over $1000 stolen from it. I reported this to the manager/owner who for some reason does not wish to disclose his full name said that there is nothing that can be done and called me a liar. He claimed that those missing items were never there and did not express any help or empathy, also he refused to discuss any refunds or claims proceedings.
