Ordered a "free" sample of trial products with 14 days to cancel. Tried to cancel after just 12 days, after receiving products. Could only get an answering machine that stated I would receive a call back. Called again a few hours later... Same message. Called again the next day, before the trial period ended... Same message.
Called my cc company to STOP PAYMENT!
On the final day, when trial period was over, I finally got thru to an operator, Eve, who said both were cancelled and no more charges would incure. They continue to charge my cc and use different names... WRINKLEMALL.com, ARGN, IDRO, with different codes! If you are one of those who just pays your cc bill without checking, look out! This operation is a big scam!!!
