The advert stated, trial cream serum for £3.49 each. Nothing was mentioned about being charged £74.95 for each cream and this didn't come to light until my credit card statement arrived. There was no bill with the cream informing me of the amount due and I certainly wouldn't pay that amount for a face cream. I am a single parent and am unable to afford this and will be requesting a refund as well as blocking them from using my credit card details. I don't seem to be the only person who has been scammed. Please can someone help me.
