My card was declined in a safeway outlet in Lake Havasu City Az. While on a 3 month vacation in Jan., Feb. And Mar. I had notified your office of this trip and your office later admitted this. I was credited 1000 air miles for my embarrassment and inconvenience. The history of this account will confirm a perfect record.

Another similar occurrance will result in legal action against you.
