I ordered a 7" tablet. The company said shipping within 24 hrs, delivery to US is 7-14 days. Nearly 3 months later I'm still waiting, customer service simply tells me to "be patient". They refuse to process an insurance claim for a lost package.US customer service is just an answering machine (no call back if I leave a message). I can only conclude this company is a SCAM.
