I called there number 888-896-4942 they said I had signed up to there ask a Doctor a Question Web Site. RBW Services, also know as Slender Diet MD. I have never been to there Site. When I spoke to a Sheri she said they had no Record of my Account with them. And the only thing I could do to Dispute this was threw email or a Fax number. I said I wanted to speak to a Person at there Corporate Office but she said they don't have that INFO. She then hung up on me. I called back and Sheri answered the phone she told me the same story over again. And hung up on me again. I called back and I listen to the Recording it said to Cancel my Account push 3 I did and it said my name and said it had Canceled my Account. I also had another Charge on my Account from a Company named HLTHLDR Also know as Diet Leader MD they said they was Affiliated with RBW Services. They was able to find my Account and Cancel it. They said they could not do any thing to help me with there Sister Company. But they would Credit my account for there Charges of $19.65 they couldn't go back more then 30 days, but it would take 60 days for them to credit me back.
