I bought a braclet there. Marge the owner gareentee it. If if broke send it back and she will replace it.
Two days after I bought it, it broke...
I sent it back a few weeks later.
The owner promised to send me a new one.
After muliple calls she said she was working on it.
Just recently she said she was not going to replace it. And to sue her.
She has hung up on my friend several times who was my witness there when I bought it.
Basically, she stole my braclet and never sent it back?
What do I do? It is not a high price item and thus why I think she
said to sue her. She knows it would cost me more in attorney fees.
