Miscellaneous

The first time was back on 3/14 when I reviewed my checking account and noticed an odd check number showing brought it up showed I had a $30.00 charge and I called this company they refused to send me my money would not let me talk to anyone higher was told my name was taken out of their data base. Well low and behold checked my account today and another $30.00 with an odd checking number is coming out of my account I sent them an email and getting the same run around about my $30.00 they refuse to give it back I have since contacted my bank to get this blocked and try to get my money returned. I really doubt they are going to get my money back but it is worth a try. I asked for this company to send me in writing showing where my name was removed from their data base of course with no response. I have also placed a block on this company not sure how this will help. Like most america I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to have $30.00 removed from my account the first time caused my account to be in the negative and was charged by my bank. This company did not seem to care that this happened.
