4/15. I canceled this product and called the service center to complain about the charge. I could not get trough to the manager. The repesiventive was rude talked over me would would not let talk. I offered to send the porduct back but didn't get anywhere with rep.
4/18 I called and ask to speak to the manager and told he was in a meeting again. I don't want this product and will send it back. Please refund my money. Your customer service stinks!!
