Never book with united airlines!!! We were booked with them for three flights to FT Lauderdale, we had a death in the family and we needed to delay our flights and fly someone home quickly. They will do it for $150 per flight (oh by the way the flights were $190) and a big 5% discount to get our other family member home.
Needless to say we will fly our family member home on another airline. It is uncomprehensiable that they want to make money on a death of a family member.
