I paid a yearly fee for a local call so my loved one could connect with me for a reasonable amount of $. It worked for a while and then suddenly in March he could no longer get through. I paid in Nov. 2011 for one year ($125.00. They will not refund any of my $.
So I am out the money and instead of saving it has cost me more!!!
