Miscellaneous

My daughter (age 20) recently purchased a 2012 KIA forte from 'Car pros KIA'* located in Carson. She gave them $2,500 down (March 2) and was told she qualified for the Loan of $14,000. The Salesman she had was Mohammad Saab.
She only had the car for three weeks and on March 23 when leaving her friend's home she found her car was missing. Shortly thereafter she noticed a voicemail on her phone from the dealership indicating that they had taken the car back because she hadn't qualified for the loan! I told her she must have misunderstood / missed payments etc - it didn't sound right to me. She said that there hadn't even been a payment due yet.
Then, when checking 'Google Reviews'* for the same dealership, I found 2 other very similar stories involving young girls being told they qualified for loans, giving the dealership a down payment and then having the car taken back!
Meanwhile, my daughter has been trying to get her money back for 2 weeks now without any luck. Oh, they are all very nice, but they are giving her the run-around. She has been there three times now (they told her to fill out paper-work, come back later when the salesman is in etc). My daughter is not very assertive and she was able to go back with a friend, but still no luck. She is waiting for them to call her - I am quite sure it will be a long wait; The twelfth of never.
She is now without a vehicle (she had an old one that she had sold for the original $2,500), without her money, and also some personal items that she had in the car.
It seems they have done this repeatedly without any repercussions. Is there anyway my daughter can get her money back?
Thank You for your help.
