Charged for products that weren't delivered to specification - bomboniere

Had a fairly awful experience. They charged us for boxes and lace that weren't available and only let us know when we arrived at the shop to pick it up that these weren't available. That is extremely poor service. The service was poor and the product was worth about half of what it cost us. VERY Dissapointed
