Ring Not Received, No Phone Calls Returned - Tungsten rings

On 12/9, I ordered rings for my fiance and I from Tungsten Direct. When we got them, they were both too large.in January, after the wedding, we exchanged the rings for smaller sizes. Unfortunately my ring was still too large, and I sent it back to Tungsten Direct again to get a still smaller size. They called me a week or so later and said that they didn't usually carry my ring in such a small size, and would have to order it, which would take several weeks. I said that was fine. It has now been almost two months. I cannot get anyone on the phone and they have not returned any of the at least 6 voice mails I have left. Their "Contact Us" link on the site doesn't work, and it doesn't look like their sites have been updated since December.
