MUCH better customer service

I had filed an issue with this company as it had been well over a month since i have contact or my messages/emails were returned. My exchange had been either lost or stolen in the mail due to a package issue, and was returned to the sender (Tungsten Direct). The company has send a new exchange as well as refunded me the money for the purchase as a good gesture for all the issues. This is exactly the customer service one should expect from a top notch company, so I am very pleased of the outcome despite the long wait and little response to my inquiries.
