Me and my mother have come here for many years my mother is a very frequent customer and a share owner. My mother made reservations here and it was just downhill from when we landed In Las Vegas. The representative that made our reservations was very inconsiderate because my mother specifically asked for one hotel preferably on the strip or close because we needed to be close to my god sisters wedding party. So we go to the flamingo on the strip and we are told the reservations aren't here but elsewhere making my mother pay another 15 cab fare because we had to be almost 5miles from the strip. Now we are hearing the association they had with ballys and planet Hollywood are no longer which isn't a problem but why wasn't my mother informed that they're were no affiliation with hotels on the strip so that's were the scam of them just wanting our money comes in. My mother could have went another route to accommodate us. We get to the flamingo bay and there they say that our reservations weren't until the next day leaving us a bit stranded at 12 midnight. We didn't rent a car thinking we wouldn't be here or wouldnt need one thinking everything was walkin distance due to previous experiences and it is very frustrating having to wait on a bus and the fact that the shuttle doesn't help us until 5pm-12am which makes it hard for us to move with ease. We usually get a car but we came into the unexpected. The supervisor was called he listened to the conversation and heard that she didn't do anything she was suppose to, she left no notes at my reservation, and apparently didn't finish her paperwork. We are forced to pay fare on the bus and in a cab. We usually have a good time but this experience makes me never want to come back and take my business elsewhere. The supervisor made it seem as if it was nothing they can do this business is not about the people but the greed. We don't even get complimentary breakfast everyday but certain days because its for appointments although I understand but as a owner why should I be turned away. They did nothing to change my mind and I will pass on the bad service I experienced if my complaint isn't taken into consideration.
