Charged for no service

I can't recommend this company at all. If you miss payments they stop your service (understandable), but will continue to charge you every month. When you send a large payment to catch-up they charge you for the back months of no service, and find all kinds of miscellaneous charges to take the money -such as reinstatement and late fees - until the payment is gone and the current month is not paid. So after all that they will still not pick up your trash, and will charge you even more late fees and another reinstatement fee. It is a vicious cycle. Good luck cancelling service as they will tack on "special" retrieval fees to get their trash bin back, even though they drive right past your house to service neighbors on either side. And then they will STILL charge you for pick up services months after they stopped picking up your trash. Forget emailing them as no one will reply to you. Customer service people are hit & miss, and each one will tell you some other version of their policies.
