I have had three negative experiences here - wish I had seen the review beforehand... They TWICE refused to honor a groupon which I purchased in good faith, told me they couldn't be bothered to refund my money - I'd have to go back to Groupon. They used white out on their appointment book over my name and said I cancelled my appointment. They lied about the prices and I ended up paying full price the first time, which I did not learn until later. And the attitude of Paul - maybe some kind of manager who claims he cuts hair - but is always doing nails — is the worst I have seen. He could care less about the reputation of the salon or providing a good experience for the customers. I want to warn people — DO NOT WASTE your time or money here!!!
