In April I purchased a Subaru Outback from Bill Kolb Subaru, Orangeburg, NY. I pad $1565 for a 6 year warranty, and was told I would get a complete refund if the warranty was not used. It expired on 4/13. I called today, and Signet only has a fast-busy at their toll free number. 18774signet. How do I recover my money?
