Called and said i borrowed money sometime in 2012 but wouldnt tell me when, treatened to take me to court with upto 5000.00 and freeze my social security check. I went to my bank today and they have no record of it if even as farback as jan and said it sounded like a scam. They had my ss number, address, phone no. They said i borrowed 500.00 but only owed 221.00 but would close for 300.00 if i paid it today. Called him back and told the needed a date of transaction andhe said he couldnt do that because it hd gone to acollection agency. He had gave me another no. 941-209-1672 after i called after going to my bank he hung up when i said i would geta lawyer. I just dont know if they are real or scam but i know i did not borrow from this place.
