I have been unable to e-mail or call you to receive authoization to return the product no info on the no no my husband ordered for me.
The phone number listed provides an automated message that repeats over and over and never connects. The web site has instructions for use and no info on authorization to return.
I have been unsuccessful making use of the no no hair removal device.
I had harassed my husband to get it for me and it is a huge disappointment.
Please refund his purchase price asap.
