1) false price advertisement fo3 2013 nissan pathfinder:
msrp: $40,595 internet price: $34,499
vin: (personal information removed)
stock: 34052
style: 2wd sport utility vehicles
engine: v6 cylinder engine
transmission: continuously variable
advertised at $34,499. Which i have found trough local nissan dealership in la that invoice price was $3000 more.
2) provided with intentional misleading information on company policy about shipping of the vehicle. After i accepted advertised price and requested outdoor proforma invoice happen this:
a) two days no answer to my e mails/calls
b) then was told that, as per company policy i am not allowed to arrange fro shipping of my vehicle. That dealership has to ship the vehicle at $1600 usd. Fyi i am able to ship same vehicle for half the price. Everybody knows once i pay for the car it is my decision how i will ship that car and not dealership. They don't own the car no longer and legally cant mandate such request. We know that was just another excuse in trying to extort more money.
C) when i told them that i will come in person and pick up my vehicle i was told two things:
c1) i have to pay california sales tax, title and lic.
Even do sales person know that i am living in louisiana and that i will register car in la and pay tax here he insisted that i cant do that.
C2) then he told me, quote" by the way car has been sold "... And "are you surprised that car is sold?"..
So they played with me for about 10 days and when they realized that they will not get more money from me then just told me that vehicle is being sold.
They have removed vehicle from cargurus.com

Reccomendation:
if you wish your self good do not deal with north bay nissan from petaluma ca. Salesperson mr joel w and his manager. I wish that law would put strict rules on the all car sales places. This should be a simple and pleasurable experience for buyers and sellers. But they will do anything including false advertisement and false statement just to get to your waled. No honesty at all.
