I was visitting Homedepot.com then a popped up screen show that I won a gift from Homedepot, just fill out a survey to claim my gift. Ok, no harm to fill out a survey, I proceeded, then it asked me my email and phone number, I filled those requests, then it said a message is sent to my phone with 4 digit number, get that number and put in the blank box, I did that then the screen dissappeared, few seconds later i got a text message saying "Thanks for joining Deal alerts promos sub". I called my phone company to check. Yep, a charge of $6.99 has just posted in my account. I filed a complaint and here I am.
