Refund REFUSED

While it's easy to join this site, it's IMPOSSIBLE to get any of your money back. (At least so far.) My first 2 messages were ignored. They replied to my 3rd message by telling my that their policy was No Refunds for any unused portion. (In my case, I tried quitting after 2 weeks but they insist I still owe them for 3 months).
1. Their No Refund policy was NOT clearly posted. You had to click on a small grey box to "Learn More." In other words, this important information was BURIED so that people like me would not see it. It was small and grey and not obvious BY DESIGN!
2. This is "unjust enrichment" on the part of OurTime. They are now providing NO service to me but still refuse to REFUND any money.
Google "unjust enrichment": and you'll see what i mean.in other words...
3. Even if their website screamed NO REFUND! I don't believe that's a legal position.
