I started to buy a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and after order was placed, company advised that they had an issue with their credit card processing company and that I should make payment through Western Union or Money Gram and that they would pay the fee. When I emailed the company and asked for their telephone number so we could discuss the matter. They refused to supply a phone number saying, "what is there to discuss?". No sale.
