Ad sent in conjunction with Dr. Oz clip, sounded good so I ordered product. After reading further I changed my mind (15 minutes later) and called to cancel my order. The "customer service" rep told me that can't be done. The add clearly states 30 day 100% money back guarantee. Supervisor not available and customer service rep hung up on me twice.
