Ripoff "borrowed" thousands of dollars from women and did not repay

My best friend dated him for about 3 years. He owes her at least thousands in unpaid rent, when Jeff's car got repaired and THEN repossessed, outstanding utilities bills (had a home office in her house), a week-long trip to Hawaii, $250 sunglasses, and so much more (going out to eat, clubs, etc.) All under the impression she'd get it back in installments with interest. Perhaps she was dumb but he made it look like they were going to be together for a very long time.

Makes it looks like he has money when he does not. He lives off business loans and his brother's money. He is a salesperson so who knows what to say to get what he wants, and when the well dries up, he will find a new one. He is now dating a Korean girl from Torrance who just moved to Marina del Rey. Hopefully she does not give him any money or "loan" him things. Unfortunately he knows how to keep things under the radar so girls cannot prove all he owes them. He promises to pay back but that's doubtful. So don't give money to Jeff Duvall of Marina/Playa del Rey, no matter how charming and "baby-talk" he acts.

He has moved from Kentucky, to Florida, then to California, probably leaving girls behind him in debt. He works for a merchant services company in El Segundo now. He used to work for Wells Fargo and also TGI Friday's and Houston's Restaurant. Women should not get involved with him unless they keep their checkbooks hidden. He acts like he loves you when he needs something but when he doesn't need it, you are history and treated like shit, men AND women.
