I too purchased 2100 MS points from this site a few days ago. Site looks very official and credible with Geotrust and Verified by Visa logos. During my purchase I was given the opportunity to avail of Verified by Visa's security, by setting up a password for any future online purchases. I read the full terms and conditions on the site, and all looked very professional and genuine.
The only thing I received from them was an email to confirm my order details, and a message to say that an email was sent to my address with my code. Which I never got. Made about 6 attempts to contact them through Ticket support and Customer service direct messaging. Did not get a single reply. Contacted my bank to initiate investigation with their fraud dept, and cancelled my debit card. The thing that truly bothers me the most about this is I have seen so many other complaints from other people about the exact same site with similar circumstances. How on earth are they still operating. To this very hour people are probably still being tricked and robbed by these thieves. With all the different investigation that people have taken up against this site through their fraud companies, I cant believe they are still operating. That is what is most frustrating and annoying.
